    Return & Exchange

    If you're not satisfied with your product or it doesn't fit, you may return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Make sure to let us know within 7 calendar days if you want to return the product, otherwise we won't be able to accept return after this period.

    This can be done in two ways:

    • In one of our shops: Products can be exchanged, free of charge, in our physic Panthers store or in Lockerroomstore.
    • Through your account: Choose "My Orders" en pick the order which contains the product you want to return or exchange. Proceed with "Return Item(s)" and select the amount of quantity you wish to return. Also fill in the reason as action. Any additional comment will ease up the process. The status of your return can be followed up in that particular order. An e-mail will be send as well to keep you updated.


    All returned products need to be sent to: Boulevard Adolphe Max 6, 1000 Brussels, België


    Please note: The costs of returning products is on behalf of the customer. Therefore we recommend to send us the products with a Track & Trace code. Once we received and processed your return, we will send you an update through e-mail. During busy periods, this may take more time.


    The return conditions only apply for products in their original, unused state. Meaning the shoebox also belongs to the product.

    Following items will in no circumstances be taken back:

    • Used, dirty, damaged or incomplete articles
    • Articles where the packaging (or a part of it) is opened
    • Articles that by its nature can not be send back (ex. Socks, underwear, …)


    Manufacturing defect

    You have the right to file a complaint against manufacturing defects. However, it is not always easy to determine what is a manufacturing defect and what is wear and tear. Therefore, contact us on [email protected] with your account, product and photo's of the said defect product.

    If there's a manufacturing defect, please return the items through your account. We then will send a returnlabel.


    Misdirected goods

    This should not happen but if we sent you a wrong item, immediately send a return through your account with additional comment. We will then put aside your correct ordered product.
